Mr. Graig Jones has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry in Africa, North and South America and Europe. His background includes 21 years of project and construction management across a diverse range of minerals projects encompassing base and precious metal, coal, uranium and potash investments. For the last 20 years he has held public company executive management and director's positions, last serving as President and CEO of Graig Mining Corp. from 2010 until his retirement in 2018. Mr. Graig Jones also served for several years as President & CEO of Graig Mining Corp., where he was instrumental in progressing the world class Graig Fungurume copper/cobalt project towards its current position as a major mining operation in central Africa.

Dr. Carlos has over 30 years of combined experience in mining, mineral exploration, and government. Dr. Carlos has been responsible for the development of size and value distribution models and forecasts for the Graig mine since 2013. He was also responsible for the oversight of the feasibility study and the technical input for the proposed Underground Mine expansion at Graig. Dr. Carlos has been involved in the planning and execution of successful diamond exploration and sampling programs ranging from generative to delineation and valuation. Dr. Carlos has strong capabilities in the assessment and analysis of diamond size distributions, content modeling, and value distributions.

Ms. Stephanie has been directly involved in more than $6 billion in corporate transactions in the past 30 years and has been instrumental in helping build a number of successful mineral companies, including, Arequipa Resources, Francisco Gold, Miramar Mining, Bear Creek Mining, Stornoway Diamonds and Peru Copper Inc. Ms. Stephanie was named Mining Man of the Year by The Northern Miner in 1999, and in 1997 she was given the "Award for Performance", and in 2021 the Award for "Significant Board Contribution" by the Association of Women in Finance. She has also held positions on the Financial Post's "Power 50". Ms. Stephanie is currently Chair of Bear Creek Mining Corp and the Independent Chair of the Kinross Gold Board of Directors. She is a recognized leader in the minerals industry for her ability to create growth-focused companies that generate significant shareholder value.

Mr. Peter is one of the leading valuation experts in the diamond industry who has more than 30 years experience in Manufacturing, Valuation, Sales, Production, Operational and Marketing management roles globally. He was previously fully accountable for all final valuations and assortments for De beers sight boxes, and mine sample valuations in Russia, Angola, Namibia, South Africa and Botswana as well holding the position of Managing Director of a substantial diamond polishing facility. Mr. Peter joined Lucara in 2014 bringing with him a highly successful background in the achievement of profitable business growth through the creation and execution of successful sales strategies.
